I took my own advice about a possible Friday morning flight, so got up early, pinged the weather station at Aeroden, and although not looking great at 4:30am, I took my chances and headed to Aeroden!

Arriving there I pinged the weather station again and got this report:

Aeroden Airf
21 Sep 05:13
Wind: SE T128 7-23kph,4-12kts
Temp: 19C
Hum: 62%
QNH: 1019mb FAL
Dewpoint: 12C
CU Height: 3058ft
D.Alt: 4549ft
Sunrise-06:00
Sunset-18:05

The wind sock was VERY active, so walked about, realised it was definately NOT flying weather, so got back in my car and headed home, frustrated but alive!
