Comment: All clear . . . lovely spring weather! The weather seen south of the country does not look as if it will affect the interior in any way.

Comments: The best flying day in a while, so get out there!


Sunday 8th September:

Wind: NW 4-5 knots increasing to NW 7-10 knots later in the morning.
High-Level Winds: Moderate, 12-15 knots
Temperatures: 12-27C
Cloud Cover: No
Precipitation: No

Comments: Warmer with clear skies, light surface winds and moderate winds aloft. Not as good as Saturday but still very flyable!

Wind: S 4-5 knots decreasing to SW 1-4 knots later in the morning. NOTE: Wind picks up in the afternoon!!
High-Level Winds: Some, 15 knots @ 1000ft AGL
Temperatures: 16-30C
Cloud Cover: Some cloud, so exercise!
Precipitation: No
Visibility: 10km

Comments: A GREAT morning for flying! Exercise care later in the day as the wind picks up! Also, respect the winds aloft (not severe, but will bump you)


Sunday 15th September: (NOTE: Morning only - until 10am!)

Wind: S 1-3 knots increasing to W 4-6 knots later in the morning. NOTE: Wind picks up SUDDENLY after 10am!!
High-Level Winds: Some, 20 knots @ 1000ft AGL
Temperatures: 17-32C
Cloud Cover: Some mid-level cloud about, so exercise care.
Precipitation: No
Visibility: 10km

Comments: Another GREAT morning for flying. A high of 32C on Sunday! WOW! Plan your flight and so you don't land past 10am! Again, respect for the winds aloft (not severe, worse than Saturday, and will bump you)
