Hi Goose, looking good. Have you set the dihedral yet? Those wings look very flat from that angle. Why did you go for the old look cowl and not the nice 7 cowl?

In my experience, proper aero modelers make very good full scale builders. I think it is their attention to detail and low tolerance for useless weight.

I have build 1 and 1/2 kitfox's
I checked my engineers log book and 53 rebuilds was counted in the last 10 years
Rebuilds:
Cessna C152 to C421
Piper PA28 to PA34
Beechcraft Be33 to Be58
2 Robinson R44
RV8
KP5 Saber
Most of them were allmost in kit form when i started

Only one wing on the plane in that photo
The classic cowl is on my kitfox 2 ,my kitfox 7 SS have the new cowl

Looking good, and from the sound of it a very experienced hand. Keep the pics coming. We are also busy with a supersport and it's nice to compare notes. We will start the covering in about a weeks time.

Progress is slow. I only get to work on the "RAMP ROOSTER" on weekends. I must fix all the other Pilots mishaps during the week so now time for my plane :(

Het julle enige verandering aangebring by die SS wat julle bou se fueltenk uitlaat waar die fitting inskroef?
Ekt was nie tevrede met wat ek gekry het nie en het die uitlaat versterk. Nou sal die fitting nie kan uit breek of los kom as daar aan die pyp gekaring word nie ##
