Jaaaa, dit lyk alles baie mooi, however, I was a little more "agricultural" in my approach. Grofsmid Boet moered the ends of the front fork flat, a tough job, that is one mean mother of a piece of tubing. Drilled 15mm holes in both ends. Made new axle out of m16 steel, drilled and tapped 8mm both ends. Made alu tubing bushes that keeps front wheel centered. Moered everything together, and turned everything really VAS. Mmmmm, val nou weer uit blik%$m. Now it will have to shear off two 15mm axle ends......... Fo` sho not gonna be pickin` dat there front wheel up in da graveyard. vhpy vhpy vhpy

Had a call from Klaus today. CAA finally wakening up. We will hopefully have da pepperwork tomorrow. Prblem was a lost paper. Faxed ANOTHER one. Fortunately, in most of my dealings, I make certified copies of all peppers posted. That way, if it gets lost, NO problemos. vhpy I am leaving for the fairest tomorrow afternoon. Going to help vliegvark with his and pappaG`s plane. vhpy

Just received the Proving Flight Authority (^^) (^^) (^^)

I have just 6 hours to fly before we get the Authority to fly issued. We have agreed that Boet will fly these hours for us up in Loeries to seriously test the plane. Then AP it again and we have to run the paperwork route again with CAA

One step closer  8)

Congrats Morph and Gadget,

The waiting must have been the worst part of the whole affair.

Not long now, then you guys will be airborne again.

Kind regards,

Gunter Rostek.
