Good.
I have just cleared an extra 50 M onto the runway and it will now be 400 M in length once I have leveled the addition..

12 M sliding gates requires quite a lot of labor.!!
In my view more than that of a 400 m runway.
Sal moontlik hierdie naweek my trike soontoe vlieg.
A small step for the observer, but a major leap for Oom Paul.!! vhpy
Sal laat weet wanneer ons n inwydings brekkie organize.! vhpy vhpy

Had a big shock.
Because of the drought and wind a huge fire started and ended on the farms border.
Luckely I used a TLB the previous 12 days to clean the bush and rubbish and grass surrounding the house and hanger.
Was thus saved from a disaster.! :) :)
I now have the runway in place and it is lengthened to 400m and as smooth as ...? ( it is smooth!)
Still a bit dusty as we are waiting for the rain to solidify the work on runway and taxiway because a lot of soil was moved.
Also we need to put a windsock in place which I have two of but waiting for a pole to present itself to me.!
Then my beacons on the Escom wires are not high enough and also not large a enough.
Otherwise it is safe to land there.
Once I have moved in myself in a month or two we will celebrate with a chop and pap free of charge.!
I flew my trike in the other day and landed in a seriously pumping crosswind.
So amper amper het ek my gat gesien nog voordat ek daar was.
Sal my landing beskryf as die tweede k@kste van my loopbaan.
My aerie staan in die hanger.

Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport

The airport, named after the Aruban Minister Juancho Irausquin, has the shortest commercial runway in the world, only 396 meters (1,299 ft) long, flanked on one side by high hills, with cliffs that drop into the sea at both ends.[1]

Although the airport is closed to jet traffic, regional airline propeller aircraft are able to land there under waivers from The Netherlands Antilles' Civil Aviation Authority. The most common aircraft to land there are the Twin Otter and BN-2 Islander.

So ek kan operate sonder stadsraad dienste.
Dankie manne.!! dit maak my dag vir my.!!!
Ek sit n pic of twee op.
