Nice to see you building your "dream" Stephan.

Looking at the job you did on the Dualstar I am sure that this one will turn out great as well.

Bent Fuse tube has been replaced. Waiting for the sail to be repaired then the fuse will go back together. Suspension and wheels all ready to go. Hopefully will update soon with new pics.
Nuts about Cheetahs. Petit is the place.

Since friday things have been coming along nicely. All the wing sails were repaired and another one sourced for the body. Assembly going along in great strides.
A picture says a thousand words.

Nothing picture worthy done but did some of the electrics, mounted the oil tank and did a bit of planning around the panel and where to mount the radiators etc today. Will do some more wiring on monday again. Things are coming along nicely now.

Hi Stephan. On my Cheetah I had overheating problems just after landing and eventually fitted a bigger oil cooler and radiator.
In the end I had to tape the oil cooler to get the oil to warm up.
Here are some before and aft pics.Istill got the mold but think the new cowls might differ from the earlier models.

the cowlings on this one seems to be the same holes as on the later cheetahs in the hangar so I think they should be ok.
