Install lights in the workshop. I just back from the hangar now. Flew in afternoon and then tinkered for a hr which turned into 6 . Yes, need to look at our setup, think I will make a point of putting in a few hours every Saturday like you do, then if I can do a few more hours on other days it is a bonus. The problem is how to fly less to build more?

I agree, we have light in the hangar but not really good enough to work by.
We also need a decent workbench (I use a huge hammer most of the time while building )
I was quite late at Rhino yesterday, when the sun sets and it gets quiet with only the jackals calling it really is special, felt like lighting a fire and just sitting there enjoying the place, surrounded by planes....
