Yup, but Mrs Boet will moer him if she sees one swooning maiden. Mind you he is an ugly bugger, he needs such a work of art to pull the chicks.

You cannot believe the beautiful sound this aerie makes 8) Even Gadget was drawn out of a deep coma, early sat morning when Boet fired her up.

There was another classic aerie with a radial motor and this didn't even come close to the Animal.

Another BEEautifull picture by Shane Swartz. Our Animal got honourable award for most uniqe aerie on the show. Self was given "flat display rating" for the day by Airshow South Africa. Did a couple of fly-by`s. Fair maidens swooned, passed out, and were revived, just to pass out again. George you lucky ferk, your softness better watch you with a beady eye once you start flying this one around!!! You can have her very soon. The engine noticably making less and less of a mess. She now feels more powerfull as well. Sunday`s flight back from FAVDL was............. (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!) (!!)

And yess, did I mention that she is not THAT heavy on sous either? vhpy vhpy vhpy vhpy vhpy

Today....... The animal was overloaded, with two "corn fed" fkrs, and she coped just fine. Started opening up the general flying envelope, and this is a awesome machine!! Climb rate solo, you see nothing but blue sky ahead, with the whole dang thang climbing like a fart out of a bath!! (^^)

You are so descriptive Boet  Bet you can't wait to fly the aerie George?

Just an interesting note.... I see ROTEC make FUEL INJECTION THROTTLE BODIES for this engine... not only that, for the JABIRU crowd as well! Only thing is you'll have to learn how to set mixtures if you don't know how being spoilt with the Bing carbs!
