Logistics wise, what are your plans to fetch her, you having to fly her back takes one pilot out of the equation already. We can go down in the twinco, watcha think, but then we must fill the aerie with pax & make it a couple of days jollie.
Let's see where it goes. If you can fill the twinco and Boet "siens Kaans" then I am game.... I am not there yet. Pressure is a bit beeeg at the moment. When I had the time to play we had to send the clockworx back to Oz...

Had the cowls off.... the alternator did not sieze up. I piece of the belt jammed it. Why the belt broke, is a mystery to me. We need a GOOD YEAR 140J belt, 8 ribs wide. Anyone??
So flew it some more late this afternoon. Plenty of juise left in the batteries. Having a big battle with the fotographers......
Jaaaa swaer, but one of these days YOU are coming to collect YOUR toy, who`s going to be crying then??
Cannot understand this youtube thing. OK, go to www.youtube.com, and type in "Higlander deadstick takeoff and landing". I was a bit puzzled, but now I am a bit impressed!!
Da fanbelt bombed out. Initially I thought the alternator is compos dos mentos as well, but it was just a piece ot the late ganbelt stuck behind the pulley. Could not scourse a fanbelt locally, so back to Oz. Belts will only be with me on tuesday, next week. Frustration guys, MAJOR frustration.
Oom George, the fan-belts are in Cape Toun, Xpress phoned for some mula, and I gave them your no. OK? Just waiting for da belts, then I will fly it some more. When can I phone you?
