Boet, I have paid for the prop & I will be sending the batteries down during the week with the prop. I am pretty much on hold financially right now with all the other kak on my hands, but will have more financial input within the next 30 days. I do not wish this scenario on anybody, even my only enemy in life.
Sterkte RV. I am sure all will come right soon :!:

Looking good, prop on its way, batteries as well as switches & turn coordinator on its way, instruments about to go as soon as I have compared prices.

Radio is going to be the Microair but I want the panel cut out for an icom 121 & a plte installed over it in case the radio does not perform properly. Thinking about transponder now. Collector ring will be ordered soon, but she can fly without it.

Boet needs to be paid r45k from me, happening soon.

That sure is a Long prop.

Is there enough ground clearance with the standard undercarriage in the flying attitude?

Only asking because it looks as if it may not be enough, but maybe it is just the angle of the photo shot.

Anyway, that prop looks really good on that engine.

Kind regards,

Gunter Rostek.

What about tall mens compensations, Simon vhpy vhpy vhpy.

Jirre Boet that is one big prop & I echo Grostek's comment about clearance.

The parcel left yesterday morning, you should have it by Monday. I am also finalising the instrument scenario today & will be sending them down, leaving on Monday to you.

Man, does she not look lovely with that big prop, I cannot wait.

Boet, a comment was made about sb's & ad's on another thread, can you please check in the interim so we have no hiccups.

Boet, the twinco is ready next week, 2 zeroed motors & we need a flat out run for 3 hrs next week before oil change & then a cross country flat out at full boost, as in 200kts. It may be the time to visit Namaqualand. At this stage the planning is for 4 weeks time, it is my daughters birthday in 2 weeks time so I cannot kuier sooner.

The ship is definitely coming off the rocks, I will be able to send some money your way at the end of the month too besides the instruments.

Half Kraut? Ja?? I deed not know zat! I have decided that the oil tank is too bulky, and moered it out. Patterns for new oil tank off to the lazer cutter. Made and fitted the throttle assy today. Re-configured the carb, so in case of a cable break, engine will go balls to the walls. Not to idle, the way it was. Wrong :!: The switches you sent is wrong. I will supply the right kind. RV had the radio posted off to me yesterday. Should be here tomorrow. The battery-box has been made, batteries going in tomorrow. Still need compass.... and enjaain guages. NOT a lot. Use the 5k you wanted to send to me, and go buy the stuff!! Lets get this boidy in the air. :!: :!: (-)
