Been at work 3 weeks. Worked like mad first week. :D Second week, eldest little softness has to go to UK. 3 Working days down the tube. Third week, Mum`s gotta go for a back-op. AND we have to bring little softness` furniture back.....`nudder 3 days down the tube. Just spoke to Mom. She is in a bad way. 78 years old, and I am worried. Did she bite off more than she can handle?
While I was away, the lads carried on. Both the wings are now doped, and close to be ready for painting. Just pray Eishkom does`nt go dark while I am busy painting.   The lads did a very neat job. I am impressed. :D

This week we were as busy as the prverbial one-legged man at an ass kicking contest. It has been hot as hell here, and dry. NOT a cloud in the sky :!: Fortunately ideal painting weather. Sprayed final coat on the wings earlythis morning. Will be dry enough to put colour trim on by tomorrow afternoon. While paint dries, carried on with the engine installation. Left ignition system now wired for sound. We started with the oil tank. Don`t laugh, the ideal size oil tank.......shhhhhh. :D :D :D :D

Hi Boet,

She sure looks good, real classy.

Are you going to put a speed ring on the engine, or just cover the engine mount area with sheet metal?

Any idea when you will do first engine runs?, would be nice to see a video of that.

Kind regards,

Gunter Rostek
