Who Caries the liablility?

Postby Kobus » Tue Feb 26, 2008 6:56 am

If we are forced to change parts at whatever hours - is somebody (Rotex) prepared to carry the liability like with comercial planes?
If you use a Subaru or BMW or VW motor -what then.:?: :?:
Some of us fly Home Build Aircraft - the essence of this is that the pilot accept and take responsibility for the intgegrity of his equepment. I think the same aplies for non-certified type aircraft :?:
Is somebody maybe concerned about the integrity or quality of the parts that we are sold at top DOLLAR?
The higher, the faster, the safer.

Hi folk.

How come the last couple of postings have not changed the total number of votes cast?

Are you no longer able to vote? I am not aware that voting has been closed.

So please, to those of you who have taken the effort of responding, but who did not vote, please go to the top of the page and cast your vote.

Ta.

Regards.
