Bit more research and I see that the proposal with the regulatory framework has been written. We need to find out how far in the process this section is. Has it been to Carcom. If accepted at Carcom, is it ready for gazetting. First round of gazette is for comment only as far as I know and not promulgation - just like the proposed amendments to Part 61 that are out for comment.
I may have to revise my end of 2009
but think it will be a miracle if it makes it anytime in the first half of 2008. But miracles do happen.
