I posted the following notice of AGM on the MISASA website yesterday.


OFFICIAL NOTICE OF AGM

In terms of Clause 12b of our constitution we hereby give notice of the 2016 MISASA AGM to be held at the Harvard Cafe, Rand Airport at 16h00 on 14/4/2016.

Our AGM will preceed the Aero Club AGM in the same venue.
The Aero Club AGM will be at 18h30. Members should plan to attend both AGM's.
After the meetings to be held tomorrow at the Aero Club offices, the membership will be e-mailed a reminder.

I have posted all the MISASA constitutions since 2004 on the website blog. This will probably be the most discussed matter on the Agenda.
