Gyro #1000

Postby Steve_SP » Thu Feb 28, 2013 9:33 pm

Hi

Auto-Gyro Gmbh have just posted news that MT-03/MTOsport ship #1000 is now on the production floor - that is a staggering volume for a gyrocopter - 1000.

Congrats to all at Auto-Gyro in bringing gyro production into the 21st C.

Add in another approx 255 Calidus and approx 80 Cavalon too built in the past 4/5 years.

One in the country, struggling with our local CAA for approval as they want to re-invent the wheel and the local agent has to jump through all sort of hoops to proof that the wheel is round. Hopefully it will be registered within the next few weeks.

Cavalon testing seems to be nearly there in the UK - see recent testing for Section T taking place at Hildesheim

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1s8qCMgh9H4

On the UK dealers website they suggest customer delivers should begin in March 2013

I understand the Cavalon machine in SA is ship #070.

As regards current Magni counts I will take a look see this evening - off out now, but hopefully someone else will be able to provide in the meanwhile,

Enjoy your day.
