Service of the Magni Pre-rotator

I have been living in Cape Town now for about 2 months and one of the things that have struck me was pre-rotator engagement on the Magni in the Cape. You pull, and pull, and pull the engaging lever and then BAM, the darn thing engages with such violence that the stick gets shoved left, your left knee is dislocated, and you pray that the darn thing stays together.
Guys, if this is how your pre-rotator is operating, be sure that it will not last long. It needs attention. Please give me a shout and I will fix it for you. I am based at Morningstar. It should be smooth, without noise, vibrations etc., and not something that becomes an absolute nightmare.
