I wish I could tell her how much joy she gave me, and thank her for many safe flying hours. I wish I could keep her. Our last flight together - her delivery to her new owner - was a tribute to my girl. I know the new owner will enjoy their time together as much as I enjoyed ours. I will not forget.

Tinkerbell, I know what you are going through to part yourself with a machine that looked after you for so many flights. I am not ashamed to say that I do kiss the nose of my gyro at the end of every flight to thank her to have brought me back to land safely. Everytime I open my hangar, I asked her how did she sleep and nearly apologize for having left her for a couple of days, and sometimes a couple of weeks. I am not looking forward for the day we will have to separate, and unfortunately that might happen sooner than later with the hard economic times.

Felt the same when I sold my first gyro. She will always have a sweet spot in your heart, but you'll fall in love all over again

It is not easy selling and saying good buy to a gyro.

Just look at Jabbanaught, was easy to buy a M22, but parting with ZU-DUO is a different matter altogether.
