Helmets suitable for Gyros

Postby ZULU1 » Thu Nov 17, 2011 2:19 am

I wouldn't normally post this on a specific forum but yesterday I was moaned at by a Gyro pilot for not adequately "making aware" this product. The Condor helmet is based on our "crewmans" helmet used in military vehicles. It is "one size fits all" and is designed for usage with military headsets. The inner spider allows many adjustments to suit just about every type of headset possible. This lends itself to existing ANR Lightspeed type headsets and also David Clarkes and other types available. I initially made them for Coastal trike pilots for use with goggles. Perfect no problem. Then I realized that a requirement exists for a Visor with a bib which we make for trike pilots. Now with some tinkering this is the result. As its based on a trike visor the wind is almost completely gone from the microphone and with our "chill cheater" that is a bib that fits under the flying suit and based on a naval gunners smock. This almost closes the helmet completely. As so many are made we can sell them at reasonable prices. Ex works with clear visor and bib at R1,000 and with gradient shaded visor and bib R1,250.00 Carry bags are R75,00 each to prevent visor damage.

Available in white, yellow, red, blue and black.

Attached a picture of the original unit for information.

Het jy dalk die nuutste prys vir die CONDOR helmet?
Wat sluit dit alles in?
