Jabi430 firstborn arrived.
Congratulations to Paul and Mariska with the birth of Nicola (his first) earlier today.
If your guys at Stellenbosch find him sleeping in the Gyro, don't wake him, he needs the sleep.

Congratulations Jabi & Mariska.
I hope he goes to the field to sleep and not fly Mak, DUO is very well instrumented but she doesn't have an autopilot - yet.

Re: Jabi430 firstborn arrived.
Paul, congrats on your good news.
I thought everyone was joking about the sleep thing until I tried fatherhood myself, and they were correct. The first 6 weeks are not easy, and your life will never be the same, only better (at times you might doubt this). Our little boy is 10 months at the moment and we are really enjoying him now. Hang in there!

Re: Jabi430 firstborn arrived.
Been away and only caught up with this post now...
Paul and Mariska, may you enjoy many years of extreme happiness from this wonderful gift you have been given!
I would be more than honored to teach her to fly one day... I am teaching my own daughter (with Louis) at the moment and it is incredibly special. (amper pik ek 'n traantjie weg)
Something special about sharing something as special as flying with your siblings... maar julle sal dalk nie verstaan nie...
Fly safe
