Does anyone have any info on an airstrip at Suikerbosrand?
On Easy Plan I am picking one up there but there are limited details.

Has anyone flown around this area reciently?

Just to the SW of Everite factory is Klipriver airfield and a bit further on adjacent the R59 is Circus.

Hope this helps

There ed to be a very small strip at the foot of the South West part of Suikerbos. The land and small hanger housed 1 or 2 microlights but is no longer operational. It is impossible to see the field unless you knew it before. Looks just like a farm now

This goes back about 7 years...!

The small tree at the end of +- Runway 33 is no a large tree...
