Looking for Partners

Postby dawid » Thu Oct 05, 2006 4:13 pm

Hi, I am Dawid Bredenkamp and I came across a piece of land next to the N4 highway between Pretoria and Bronkhorstspruit that I would love to change into a private airfield with partners. The land is 30km from Hans Strijdom on the N4 and all the way is highway with the last 200m dirt road. The land is 108ha in size and has over 2km of length in the N S direction (prevailing wind). There are no power lines, mountains or trees that will be hazardous to aviation at all.

I am looking for 3 or more partners in buying this property for R1.2M. I have been in the market for something like this for a long time now and just couldn't find anything that suits my requirements, but this one is amazing!

Contact me if you are at all interested in hangering your airie in your own hanger on your own farm. The possibilities are endless in a few years time when that farm can be cut in 4.2ha or 1ha plots and lots of money can be made in developing a fly in park like "Fly-In"

So move quickly so that we don't loose this deal by calling me on the number at the bottom.

Length of runway

Postby dawid » Mon Oct 16, 2006 11:30 am

The length of the runway can be up to 1.2km without taking out any trees witch means that there will then be trees on the threshold. But if you work on 1km of length it will be a clear runway.

GPS Coordinates of the farm

Postby dawid » Mon Oct 16, 2006 1:30 pm

Here is the coordinates of the four corners of the farm, you can easily view them on Google Earth and get an idea of the place. If your Google Earth is set in degrees only, go to "tools" "options" and set it in deg, mins, secs.

North Western Corner
25°47'58.54"S 28°37'45.45"E

North Eastern Corner
25°47'59.00"S 28°38'11.57"E

South Eastern Corner
25°49'8.62"S 28°38'18.22"E

South Western Corner
25°49'9.03"S 28°38'11.51"E

I have three people so far, that have contacted me on my cell, if you are serious please phone me.
