Gentleman,

I am heading down to Hermanus in November courtesy of SAA, hence ZU-CSR will remain safely in the hanger at Microland.

I would like to fly, can I hire a trike (Aquilla) down there and what do I need to take along?

The only place I believe you can get a trike on hire would be at the training school at Fisantekraal It's the other side of the mountains near Durbanville so I suggest if you are not familier with mountains and high wind don't try to fly back over to Hermanus.

There is a strip near the road between Hermanus and Stanford past the lagoon. Is that Morning Star. Cannot remember but I flew and hangared there a couple of years ago. Not much help but a great place to fly around
