Close fly away lodges to JHB?

Postby Microteer » Sat Feb 22, 2014 1:48 pm

Hi there! Do you guys know of any lodges around 80km South of JHB - Panorama, with a good landing strip? I want to take my wifie and my trike out there. Lodge with restaurant and at least tie down points for the trike. Maybe we can do a short fly away there for the new guys like me? Thanks

I did not know about this place and it sounds like a nice option. I fly out of Pano and so far generally go out to Parys for breakfast, I am also keen to use it as a breakfast venue if they allow. We have been talking at the club about arranging a flight to Chrissiemeer as an overnight stop.
