Where is your strip?

Postby Tumbleweed » Fri May 26, 2006 2:10 pm

Hi,

We're looking for a couple new strips around 100km radius of Secunda to fly to.

East Rand, south or east of Pretoria, platteland e.t.c.

Nothing fancy, no fly -in ( would be nice) no need for fuel e.t.c. Just list

co -ordinates,
specifics,
Breakfast or coffee / braai or skottel available / ablutions.

If not, we'll bring own braai / 'chop n' dop ....er nescafe. We'll even manage around the toilet.

If you plan to flying, no need to play host.

Let's start a Saturday 'Micro meander'

Ablutions etc all available.

Otherwise if its not too early you can always pop into the skydiving club for a burger and a Coke!

Hi Agent.

Was intending to fly to Rhino, via Micrloland Saturday, but after almost hovering in the wind  diverted to Springs.

Downloaded gps, leg into wind = 35m.p.h. average, tailwind average 68m.p.h. :o
