Query airfield on the Northern edge of Midrand

I came across an airfield on Google Earth that looks interesting

S25.90259 E28.08236

It's almost exactly 3.5 km North of Summit, on the outskirts of Midrand. It's 600 m long with hangarage, and it seems to have quite good security, being surrounded by electric fencing. Anyone know anything about it?
