Solitude / Tedderfield Airpark ????????

Hello Out there

I am looking to erect a Hangar in the South of Joburg very soon.
Having looked at the likes of Klip / Circus / Panorama / Syferfontein and Solitude.

Solitude appears has the best location to serve my needs.Would be flying a Gyro and fixed wing!

Can anybody please tell me more about Teddefield as it is now known?

How much are stands?

What are the fascilities like?

Is it a safe investment in terms of Land Rights/Ownership of Stand?

Are the custodians of the strip aviator minded ie.Are the people friendly and is there a good Flying vibe?

What are the future plans for this Airpark?(Access Roads to Hangars are very bad at this stage.)

Please folk any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated?

Stands were R40K, then R80K, but I am told they are all sold or further sales are on hold. The "airpark" is owned by 10 or so (can't remember exact no's) mostly aviation type guys. Idea is to develope air park estate similar to Fly Inn.

All this info is more than year old. I used to have a share in aircraft with one of the owners an was interested in building a hangar there at the time. I think Manfred (Raptor trikes) is also one of the owners and he may be able to give more insight into it.
