Wingfield Lochvaal area - Contacts

There is a landing strip on the Lochvaal area (Everett on Vaal) (26 45 6.16S 27 43 17.75E) that I would like to get the contacts for. It only has a plate signaling "WingField" but access is closed by a gate.
If anyone has any information, knows who to contact, what frequency, etc, please can you send some information. Otherwise any advise on how to get the contacts.
