Richards Bay/Empangeni

Hi Guys

New here on the forum and first post.
I am from Richards Bay, and 5 years ago I went down to Dave at LaMercy to try out the Trikes and see if I liked it - I did.

Due to travelling overseas a lot for work back then, I could not start with my licence.
Luckily, I am now in the fortunate position to have the time and finances for my licence and my own plane, and would like to make contact with anybody in the Richards Bay/Empangeni area that flies trikes.
I need to get back up to date with all the different planes available, and would like all the help I can get.
Also, where is the nearest training school to Richards Bay these days?

Welcome.

Dobbs on this forum is a qualified trike instructor based at Empangeni.

These guys are quite active flying wise (and other I suppose).

Go to the airfield early tomorrow and look him up.

Hi Fruitfly, welcome to the forum.

Yes, as John said, I am based in Empangeni, there are about 6 active trike pilots who fly out of Empangeni, so please come and join us for a flip, chat or just to meet us.

We will all be at the field tomorrow, Sarturday irrespective of the weather as we have an AP coming up to do a number of trikes.
