Douglas upgrade

Freq:still 124.8
Note uphill slope on runway 16 will post pic's soon.
Runway will be upraded soon Lights .and new fences
Two new Hangers added.
Visiting gyro's welcome hanger space 4 night stops.limited Mogas .
