DIESEL INJECTOR RECON

Not Sure if this is the right place , but I am going to try anyway.

I need to replace or recon the injectors on my Land Rover Freelander TD4. New injectors cost more than my trike. Depending on who you speak to the injectors can or cannot be reconditioned. the Motor is a BMW M47 ( same as 320D). (When BMW bought Leyland out they were fitted with the BMW 2L tdi ) Can anyone please direct me to a trustworthy person or company who can give me sound advice and not only try to sell me new injectors ? I normally do all the repairs myself (owning a Land Rover it is a must!) , and I can take out and refit the injectors myself.

Hallo Cor,

Daai is "unit" injectors en kan nie oor gedoen word nie, wel jy mors jou geld as jy dit doen. Ek het n Audi 1.9tdi met selfde tipe injectors en sit ook met daai probleem, hulle kos 2 derdes van die kar se waarde.

Kort termyn oplossing, ek het PS 23 direk geskakel en hulle het n nuwe injector cleaner op die mark en dit gaan koop, vir nou is my probleem op gelos. Dalk iets om te probeer?

Enigste ander voorstel is om dit van die buiteland af in te bring deur iets soos e-bay ens.
