Breakers resort Umhlanga Rocks week 47&48

We have week 47 &48 available at "The Breakers Resort" Umhlanga Rocks.(22Nov2014 to 6Dec 2014)
The unit is a 6 sleeper on the 7th floor with beatifull view of the sea.
Normally they rent it out for R36400 for the 2 weeks. We would just like to get the levies back so it is going for R20 000 for the 2 weeks.
Even willing to swop for something of similar value.
