You should just have to do a conversion if you are current.

As regards becoming an instructor it used to be min of 200 hours, instructors course, exam and flight test in order to become a grade A instructor.

Not sure if it has changed so I speak under correction.

For weight shift microlights, MPL licence. For 3 axis, conversion.

If you have 100hr's on a microlight and a current PPL you can go do the instructors course. No PPL you need to do the 200hr's as per normal

Just checked with a C grade instructor and owner of a flight school. If your PPL is current then it is a conversion whether it is 3 axis or flexiwing. How many hours it will take obviously depends on you adapting to the differences in the control inputs etc.
