Thanks for the words of encouragement guys. Things not going well at the moment. Soloed friday afternoon and crashed saturday morning. Out of action for next 6 weeks, 1 broken bone in wrist and broken bone in hand. Accident happened with instructor on board. Report in accident section by Larry McG. Trike also injured.

Hell bud, thats not good news, Speedy recovery, keep us posted.

Hi guys
Don't intend to let this mishap dampen the spirits, not being able to fly is the problem. Withdrawal symptoms .
I have always wanted to fly, just could never afford it until now in my late forties.
Right hand and wrist feel like they have a beat of their own with the constant throbbing.
Damage to trike:
New root tube, gooseneck, front wheel, pylon and need to repair the glass fibre pod. Also new wing needed.
If I don't post progress too often please forgive!! The most useless part of the body must be the left hand if you are right handed.

Could have been worse.

Could've done both arms and have to ask someone to wipe your arse. Good luck
