Tailwheel training at Komati Flight Academy

Hi guys and gals, We are a part 62 approved school at the Komatipoort Airfield. We do training on our locally produced Explorer and Safari aircraft. At the school we specialize in tailwheel training. Aspirant cropsrayer pilots come through our doors on a monthly basis wanting to learn the art of tailwheel flying as well as landing on unprepared surfaces. For the initial rating we have a 2100 m long and 50 m wide tar runway, once the art is mastered we move to our local farm strips for more advanced stuff. We are 2 fulltime instructors at the school. Hi all

If one considers the cost for insuring a taildragger for instruction purposes using certified aircraft like a Decathlon, which obviously gets passed to the student, this offer from Komati Flight Academy, will not be beaten easily. The aircraft they use are amazing for taildragger training. Add to this a decent price for the training, (phone Stefan, compare prices, you'll see) the awesome setting to fly from with a wide variety if strips in the area, you will be hard pressed to get a better deal for your taildragger training.
