Windy Joburg!

Postby Catbert » Sat Oct 22, 2011 10:31 am

Grounded two weeks in a row thanks to the wind. Grrrrrr!

Is it normal for this time of year? Guess I haven't paid that much attention before but
this feels more like August than October!

Either way, is enough already. Need some air dammit.

The weekend had some good flying weather....early morning. It is kind of weird...in the winter we freeze and struggle to get up early to fly and in the summer we want to fly but the weather is holding us back.

Flying from Circus, Dish.

And, of course, everything's relative. With the aviation equivalent of training wheels, my idea of howling gale is a pro's light breeze! :)
