Full membership of the WCMC is R700/year. We will have a 'reduced' membership for those who will be based there temporarily for training only.

Being a full member gives you full access to all the clubs facilities and permits you access to a site to erect your own hangar at Morningstar airfield or to rent from existing owners. The club has a very active flying scene (currently around 75 aircraft based at Morningstar alone!) and you will be in the company of a great bunch of no-nonsense aviators who are there for one thing only - to share the enjoyment of flight. We welcome anyone from any aviation background and we have a huge pool of aviators from top aerobatic pilots, ATPs to newby microlighters to inspire you to greater heights!

Check out the website to get a feel for the club - or better still pay us a visit!

Final details of the Flight Academy are being worked out as we speak so keep an eye out on this thread or visit the website for the up-to-date status.

Any of the committee members can be contacted should you want more details - contact details here http://www.wcmc.co.za/page8.html

Thanks for the info, I will pop in soon.

Are there sites available to erect one's own hanger, and are these sites for sale or is there a lease
agreement in place, and for how long ?

Thanks
