New NPL (MPL) Tests

Hi, has anyone write the new tests for a NPL...any tips?

I still need to write that tests and I heard that the guys struggle with it .

Hallo,topflight.Speak to african grey(Russell bird).I must also do the test over because i done it 3 years ago.I going to start again with my flight training also had 6 hours. I last flown about 18 month then i flown a month ago in a thunderbird and now the flyiiing feeling is back.

Hallo,Topflight.You can buy a cd called Swales Mock NPL.www.swales.co.za. The cd is based on the real exam.It is in the same formed as the exams.It is a good investment.You can also learn a lot from it because as you got a wrong answer it helps you and explain the right answer.About 5000 different question and answers when are you going to write your exams?Let me know how it went.I MUST ALSO WRITE MINE SOON.GOOD LUCK!! Buy the PPL pilot book from jim davis - then study it seriously and look at his mock exam questions at the end of chapters. Then study the red airlaw book. You'll be fine. Then READ and make sure you understand the question. They are not all as clear as you think and some look like repeated but is a different answer - just a small twist in what was asked. When you have written - do the review of the incorrect answers and make sure you remember what they were. If you fail - re-write it immediately and you'll do better. They are not easy but it is not impossible to pass first time.
We have not tried the swales mock exams so I cannot comment if they are worth while.

Thank you for the information. I am so close now to the end so I really don't want to get stuck at these exams. Better to be more prepared . Henning, I will definitely put down a post when I am done with the exams and let you know how it went.

I passed all of them 1st time, but I did them about 20 times each on the mock swales programme. In my opinion you you need to read the books and do the mocks concurrently, looking up any problems and going through them in the mock answers.
