The weirdest part for me was when the instructor spoke, I kept forgetting to push the bloody button! There he was waiting for an answer all the time! #-0 :lol:

6 hours to solo.......my goodness :shock: , it must have been that intro flight in the 503 that done the trick. :lol:

......Herstel! :oops: My sincerest apologies .....I believe bad weather took it's toll and forced another hour...that makes it 7 hours!Still a great achievement in my books! ^*^^

That intro flight was the first time I touched the controls. That's what got me hooked! :D

Just did my cross country: 12 nm, over four airstrips, landing at two on the way. Boy, are they hard to find from the air! And roads!!?? Guess what! Not all of them are on the chart! Yeah, I knew that, but not that there are so many.
It's a great feeling to be alone on a trip. The Ipod is a great flying tool.

Sorry, typo. 120 nm. two 45nm legs, two 25nm legs, land at two airstrips.
