By the way just my opinion - yes 1200 hours is probably nice but anybody that has not had ANY incident in that time is in for a lot of surprises in his lifetime. He will still learn a lot before and if he ever gets to 12000. I currently get my training from somebody that has in excess of 13000 hours and man he can tell you some stories. Guys like that has probably seen a fair amount of everything - not somebody at 1200 hours. Sorry but he won't get respect from me. Respect is earned by your treatment of other people and how you handle yourself in public - not by you bragging about your hours and how clever you are.
Anyway about the subject at hand - the other problem somebody faces that is used to fix wing is that you push the stick or control column forward for a nose down attitude and back for nose up - in a trike that gets you the exact opposite and one actually has to think about it actively in the beginning.
