Hi,

Two seater is a two seater and that is that. There are all sorts of implications if you are caught flying three up.

One word of advice. Please don't do it

Kids under 2 are not considered pax and have to fly with adult (ie sit on lap). In airlines they give you lap strap for baby, so technically under 2 you would be allowed to fly pilot, mommy and baby/toddler. Once over 2 kids will need their own seat...

Not saying it right or wrong, simply that you could fly with a 2 seater with "3" up....

running for cover....
