Hi guys i need some advice....i need to do my medical soon and i am abit nervous for it

.any tips or pointers on what they normally check and any contact numbers in PTA on where i can have it done!!!!!

David,

I did my medical about 3 months ago. Nothing to worry about.
Worst part was probably the ECG, which is about 2 minutes on the bike.

The Doc is in Centurion and charges about R350, and then he'll also send you for chest x-rays.
