Started the conversion

Eventually I get started to do my conversion on trikes yesterday at Skyriders with Mervin. 1st Time in the front seat and yes it is very different - the rudder don't work !.
Things to get use to is the brake on the left, steering on the ground (reversed), sensitive foot throttle and revvy motor. Lycoming & Continental's are lazy.
The wing is a thing on its own and don't smuggle my mind with left & right. The flying is just a plessure. This is Fun vhpy

Dankie ouens. 3.5 Uur verder en ek begin nou die aerie verstaan. More (weather permitting) is dit verder op die stalls. 'n Ou foutjie vandag gehad, 'n Grote, maar gelukkig vir die HASELL checks en toe is my seatbelt los. Sal nie lekker wees om gewigloos te raak in 'n stall sonder hom nie :shock: of as jy opkyk en jou kop teen die hangblok stamp... tiekkie 5 bob

1st Solo was on Monday vhpy. I like this trike experience. Angry with myself, could have done this long time ago and wasted so much on blik aeries that is not even close to the pleasure of trikes.

Flying a trike is trully unique....glad you are enjoying it so far....an incurable disease for most of us. :lol:

Nice one. Trike flying is easy, just remember the basic principal. Fly with your hands, walk with your feet. :roll: :wink:
