MPL to PPL

Hi

I currently have a microlight pilot lisence.
Does anyone know how many hours credit a microlight pilot gets when converting to ppl ?

For every 2 hours on MPL, you get 1 hour credit towards PPL. Maximum credit is 10 hours.

You can get credited with up to a maximum of the following hours towards a PPL:
10 hours if you are weight shift controlled microlight rated
25 hours if you are conventionally controlled microlight rated
30 hours if you are light sport aeroplane rated
