The latest from the ZLIN Aircraft Manufacturing factory

Postby Hazzard » Mon May 01, 2006 4:11 pm

About 6 months ago a friend of mine told me about the Savage aircraft that was, to his mind, one of the best Piper Cub replicas around. Following on from some research I decided to take a closer look and, if lucky, take a flight in one. I looked up who had one in South Africa and traced the owner (Werner Zittlan) to Rustenburg, so went to take a look. The rest is history. Not only have I now purchased one, but have taken on the agency for South Africa.
The reason for this entry under general discussion is simply to share with you the latest aircraft available from the ZLIN Aircraft manufacturers stable, the Savage Cruiser. This aircraft follows on from the Savage Classic, which is still manufactured to the same specifications as the Cruiser, but with a slightly different design.
It appears that the wait has been worth while. I invite you all to take a look at the website: http://community.webshots.com/user/alanmack777. for the photographs, or the website at www.aerosavage.com
Please note, the test pilot is not available and does not go with the plane, (unfortunately). If anyone has any questions relating to the plane you can get in contact with me at the attached contact address.
