We are now manufacturing a full visor helmet )with head cups attached to the helmet itself. These can be colour coded and with logos of your own choice. These contain the intercom as in our headsets. They fit much lower than "traditional" set ups. We have just finalised the tooling to produce a panel mount intercom which fits in a 2 1/4 inch hole size. Our Intercomms work with the 3,5 watt ICA6 and 24 (even with a rubber duck) producing awesome transmission performance when coupled to our power supplies. Our intercomm boxes are made for each individual radio setup and are not one size fits all to achieve optimum performance per installation. Also available a para glider helmet and headset. We can produce a intercom located in the battery "box" of the ICA3. We manufacture replacement two pin Icom plugs and single pin 4 pole plugs for both Yaesu (Vertex Standard) and the ICA5. Reconditioning service available for traditional systems (new electronics old housings) instead of tedious repair bills !! call us for quotations.
