I had developed a X Country headset series last year but never followed up with it, after seeing the gaggle from Grahamstown last week realized that this is a must for cross country flying as its a solo unit.

No Batteries
iPhone with stereo interface and DOES not mute with radio incoming only PTT press so if used with a Vee rabbit doesnt cut music every 300 km call iPhone is stereo in the headsets with xtended bass speakers. Radio is high frequency mono
Separate radio circuitry for audio (back up)
Bar PTT and also headcup PTT (bar PTT maybe disconnected
No intercom so no no sidetone only from radio

Comes with a tog bag and is also intended for the GA/LSA Market as a back up for a panel mount.

Power supplies for radios are R245,00 and cables are available for cig lighter adaptors for Aquillas at R50,00 allowing a USB adaptor for the iPhone
