New tubing for Manta Fledge 3 hang glider

Hi all
Is there anyone who can help me with the following problem? I know it's not microlight, but is related.
Have acquired an ancient, but unflown, Manta Fledge 3 hang glider. It was damaged in Cape Town docks whilst being delivered from USA about twenty years ago.
It's in prime condition although the tubing is damaged. A Hyster ran over the nose.
I need the inner section of leading edge, 44.5mm OD x 1.47mm wall, tube and then it looks like it will be in perfect flying condition.
My question is;
What material is the tubing, 6061-T6 or 7075 and where does one obtain a 2m length in South Africa, preferably Cape Town?
Your help will be very appreciated
Best wishes
Paul
