Help needed with Bluetooth earpiece

Yes it is about flying 
I have a Samsung Bluetooth earpiece that I want to use underneath my headset (ala Zulu1) so I can use my mobile phone while I am flying. The only problem is that the thing has not been used in 3 years. When I try to charge it, the little light goes from red to green in 0.5 seconds. The light is supposed to be red while it is charging, and turn green when it is fully charged. It does not want to turn on either. It is a Samung WEP150. Can someone please help with some advice on how to get it to work again? Bennie?????????, any one????????
