Aerotrike Safari front fork assembly help needed

Hi guys.

I have problems with my steering on my Aerotrike Safari being a bit loose. I would like to buy the spares then go fit it tomorrow. I have no manual on the trike itself unfortunatly.

Firstly I need to take the front wheel out as there is a cap screw from the bottom and a cap screw from the top. Not sure, but the main nuts looks like they are nylocks. If this is so what size are they, as I would like to tighten with new ones again (unless locktite could do the trick) The mud guard seems a little loose so I decided to take the wheel off the locktite and tighten the bottom cap screw up.

The real problem being there is n big black spacer on the top which the top cap screw goes through. This guy has allot of play (I have feeled other exact trikes and theirs are nice and secure). There are deffinatly another washer/spaser at this point missing then. It sits between two metal square tubes so just tighting the cap screw is not going to solve it. SO I need to know the size of spacers/washers missing in this section.

Anyone with the same trike, please help.

Thanks
Karl
