Thanks for all the info on the heater topic.Something else also in my mind is would there be a change in vibration if you take a prop of the motor and fit it lets say for inst when no 1 cyl is at TDC( prop at 12and 6 vertical) or visa versa.I have fitted a spinner and it feels like if there is a vibration that was not there before.Ihave checked the alinment as decribed else in the forim and the spinner is cut perfect . I can feel the vabration on the ruddar pedals .

No the positioning of prop will not cause vibrations. If prop is centred and tightened correctley the only thing that is creating your vibration is the spinner. Allmost 99% sure that is your root cause. SPinners allso need to be ballansed as good as possible. Or if it is allso not fitted flush to back plate or centred correctly you will experience vibrations. Rather take spinner of if you want to fly. Vibration on any plane is NO GOOD!

I have noticed quite a few trikes props that's not balaced enough and then the motor vibrates way more than it should. Thats when the mangnetos and screws and all things that has to be tight start becoming loose. Or thats how I feel about it.

So prop balancing is very very important.

What would the right way be to balance the spinner.Would a verry small piece of the led that is used to ballance the mag rims of cars,but the right place to fit it will be a problem

I have seen balanced spinners. They typically put epoxy glue on the inside of the spinner as the weight. How they balance it is a mystery to me.

On my first plane (MAC CDL) I had a base plate with a round tube on the edge filled with tiny ball racers. The idea was that as the prop started spinning the racers would centrifugally arrange themselves to counter balance any uneven spinning action. Never really new if it was effective. Was rather concentrating on staying airborne and coming down in one piece.
